Type of a scam Phishing

I was contacted by a recruiter name Morgan Clayton stated I have a job offer. I thought due to the meticulous type of emails with a form that had employment agreement requested for my electronic signature and address. I truly fell for it. Whoever that person is has the interest in knowing my address and my name only. I made the decision to

contact the company customer service inquiring about application process afterwards but they told me that the email is a form of sCam.
