I purchased a fire pit from this site in April 2020. I used ****** to pay for the product which is linked to my personal bank account. After not receiving the item I tried emailing the address above, but did not get a response. I filed a claim through ******. After they tried to reach out to the seller I got a Tracking number and they stated I had already received the item which I had not. Ironically a week or so prior to me filing a complaint with ******  I received a small packet of stickers in the mail with nothing else. After looking into the Tracking number this seller provided to ******  I realized it was the pack of stickers they sent in the mail….not the fire pit! I have tried numerous times to reach out to ****** , but no one is currently answering their customer service lines. I closed my bank account and reported it to the fraud department at my bank which is currently in process. I have found multiple websites since this has happened to me with warnings from other victims. Most of them paid through ******  and can’t get their money back. I copied and pasted one such comment below as an example of what others are going through. I hope someone get put an end to this before people lose more money and their financial information is in jeopardy. Thank you. The packet of stickers I received came from California, but I believe the scammer may be in China. The only other name I have from ****** is ****** ****.

USFITWEAR is a scam company. They take your money through ****** and then never send anything to you. When you file a complaint with ****** they will send them a false tracking number which they are stealing from Amazon. ****** never checks any of the information they just deny your claim. If this has happened to you find out from the shipping company where the package was delivered to. They will give you a letter confirming that the package was not addressed to you or delivered to your address. Present this to ****** when you file your complaint. Unless you have proof that the package was not delivered to you ****** will do nothing. They have over 400 complaints and they continue to allow the company to process orders. The company address is fake as it is a residential address and the owner has been investigated by the FBI and has been shown to have nothing to do with the company. The phone number and email address are bogus as well. Beware that the company is also doing business under different names also using ****** to process payments. Please check before ordering anything that the company names, address, and information is legitimate. ******, who is designed to prevent this fraud, appears to be in on the scam as they don’t stop processing these orders.

On May 18th, I ordered a queen-size Coleman camping cot and inflatable mattress from usfitwear using PayPal and received the attached receipt.

On May 25th, I sent an email to [email protected] (the address on the receipt) and heard nothing back! I’ve sent subsequent emails to no avail. It was just this morning that I learned about the scam. (GRRRRRR!)

According to the Better Business Bureau site, no one has ever ever ever received their item. Some people received a pencil. These are bikes and strollers but the receipt say they were a 1 pound. Around May 7th 2020, I located the site under Google when looking to purchase my 14 year old son with down syndrome his first Big Boy bike, While price comparing and trying to find the best deal for my small budget I came across UsFitwear. I was very excited, I was able to order him a 3 wheel bike with a basket on the back, for him to learn how to balance and go out and ride with his brothers. Moving forward later into the week, I checked the status of the shipment as I had read in their shipping details when purchasing it can take up to 2 business days,

With that being said I have been waiting ever since, and I frequently would check in, send a email, and even called several times and no response. And now I am here making a formal complaint.

I ordered a 16" kids bike from this website and paid thru PayPal. I filed a dispute with PayPal that I did not receive the bike. USfitwear sent a stolen UPS Tracking # from ****** that was sent to a different address than mine. The tracking details also said the item sent was less than a lb. The boys bike is over 25 lbs. Usfitwear also claimed to PayPal that the item was shipped from their address in China to mine in 3 days!

I saw great deal for Cadex pinner/brad nailer. Stupidly, I did not check company reviews, since payment was through PayPal, which I have used and trusted for years. When nailer did not arrive, I filed dispute with PayPal. About a week later, I received a small envelope with sheet of stickers. It had a USPS tracking number, and I was suspicious and kept items. A few days later, PayPal denied my claim because usfitwear claimed I had received item because of the tracking number. PayPal has been absolutely horrible to deal with to try to get a refund.

Hello, I bought a bicycle on the page www.usfitwear.com, I made the payment through PayPal. The seller turned out to be a scammer. I made a claim in Paypal, they contacted the seller and he indicated that he had sent me the merchandise through you and gave the tracking number. On May 22, I did not receive the bicycle but an envelope with some stickers. PayPal closed the case because I received the merchandise which is not true. When there is a fraud dispute, they settle for a tracking number without confirming that they have sent what they bought. Ask PayPal for an appeal, they asked me to fill out a Complaint Referral Form Internet Crime Complaint Center and ask USPS for a document that shows exactly the address where it was scanned, when they delivered and if it was a box, package or envelope. Apparently they don’t believe he is telling the truth. I hope you can help me with that document that you request. I have attached photos of what I bought and what the scammer sent. This is a robbery, a lack of respect, a mockery.

I ordered an item from USFitwear and in order to pay, I had to use PayPal. My credit card was hit and I received notice from PayPal with a UPS tracking number. When I tracked the package it stated that the pkg was delivered, however. Never received it. After UPS did an investigation, they show that the tracking number for the package was shipped to someone else other than me and the address I provided. DO NOT ORDER FROM USFITWEAR.com. It’s a big scam!!

I research buying a inflatable water slide. USFITWEAR.COM came up and I proceeded to order with them because they allowed paypal for purchase and I trust PayPal. After I quickly realized this was a scam. I contacted paypal with a denial in my claim because they (usfitwear) then provided paypal with a tracking number once Paypal contacted them (they did not provide me this info). I looked up the tracking number they gave to Paypal and it said it was delivered via UPS. Of course it wasn’t.

This is what I have collected so far:

April 29, 2020: Ordered waterslide via their website www.usfitwear.com. Never received a confirmation number nor tracking number.

May 4, 2020: Contacted and filed report with Paypal once I noticed something wrong.

May 7, 2020: Paypal denied my claim because seller whose name is now "Anke Finkel" provided them with a tracking number.

May 7, 2020: I tracked my package on UPS.com and it said was delivered on April 30. Upon further research, the seller claims they shipped and billed me on April 28. Weird because I have proof I ordered it on April 29. And it miraculously arrived in less than a day! wow!

May 7, 2020: Emailed business with Email they provided on their website – which has since changed – with no response.

May 7, 2020: Called number provided on their website – which was "busy" every time I called.

May 27, 2020: I Emailed business again with stirn email requesting refund or I will take legal action.

Water Slide never showed up (obviously) and the people behind this scam are racking in the money.

I then contacted UPS and they said that package was from Amazon and not even for our house. I’m so confused as to HOW they can obtain other peoples tracking information. This is a deep scam!

I am now disputing the charges with my CC company because Paypal continues to allow false businesses to conduct scams using their name.

PayPal denied my claim as this being a scam because they didn’t care that an item is shipped to an unauthorized address or recipient as long as they have delivery confirmation.

5/7/2020: I emailed the seller requesting shipping information at [email protected] and call them at (315) 719-9789 since their website said they usually ship within 48 hours of purchase and file a dispute with PayPal the same day.

5/10/2020: the seller replied to PayPal with the shipping information of ****************** and said it was delivered 5/6/2020 @1pm, but I never got the items. I then emailed the seller at [email protected] per the PayPal email instruction and advised that I didn’t get the merchants, but the seller never reply. I also tried to call them via (315) 719-9789, but it just goes straight to a busy signal. I tried reaching out to PayPay to explain, and they said they would continue to investigate.

5/25/2020: PayPal denied my calm and won’t refund my money. In the end, I still don’t have my merchants.

It has been weeks since the order and I have not recieved the bike. The seller on PayPal goes by the name of Jana Lowe and provided a UPS tracking number ****************** with a status of shipped April 30th. May 16th, I contacted the seller through PayPal resolution center and the seller claims that the bike was shipped to me. I contacted UPS May 20th and they could not tell me the address or name that the UPS tracking number belongs too but they verified that my name and address were not related to the above tracking number. The seller stated that they contacted UPS and that UPS cannot resolve the situation. The seller also stated that she submitted the right name and address when shipping the item. I do not have the bike, PayPal sided with the seller and I have no way of proving that I don’t have the bike.

The only payment method was PayPal. When the PayPal payment went through for $86.99 it went to “Luo Shimin” at [email protected] I ordered on May 3, 2020, and although PayPal shows “shipped”, as of May 31, I have never received the bike or any confirmation of tracking.

When I tried to call and email the supposed contact information on the website, the phone rings busy.

Additionally, the name of the “seller” in PayPal does not match that on the website.

Unfortunately because this was advertised on Google and the website looks professional, I thought it was real.

Now the bike I ordered for my 10yr old’s birthday never arrived.

U.S. Consumers please beware. USFITWEAR’s price’s a unbeatable however, those prices aren’t even real prices for real products. It’s all fake! One BIG fake online store with fake contact info, email and phone number is fooling thousands of REAL U.S. Consumers. I, too, have been duped…out of 99.89 paid through my Paypal account, which I established in 2006. I currently, have an open dispute/claim against this clown…PayPal is currently awaiting the scammer’s response. It’s to my understanding, that if PayPal does not hear from USFITWEAR within some 20 days from the date of opened dispute, PayPal is to side with me. Ironically, I received an email from PayPal, a bogus one, hmmmmmm, I have reasons to believe that they were attempting to phish. I did forward to mail to PayPal.

Ordered 2 boat trailer tires from usfitwear.com paid w debit card,received invoice with items purchased listed as warmeck027vw0ly (nonsense), PayPal has the name of individual as Tianyu Huang , with contact info as [email protected] tracking info received( ups) delivery stated to be 5/1. Nothing ever delivered, contacted ups, stated that tracking number was delivered (hard to miss tires). Went online and found many (hundreds) of complaints with same problem. PayPal doesn’t refund even though dispute is filed because seller provides tracking numbers that are real just not the item or place it was supposed to go. PayPal is aware of the fraud being perpetrated but won’t do anything about it. All efforts at contact with seller/business went unanswered. Pic of tires not received . Turns out business address is fake, zero social media presence even though there are fake buttons to make you think there is. I eventually found out about the fraud thru www.sabireviews.com/usfitwear-reviews. It is all documented there. I unfortunately didn’t look up the company or check if there were fraud claims. Buyer BEWARE! You will lose your money.
