I signed up for a free trial for this service only to realize that I cold not login to cancel it. There is no email address on the website to address this issue and the hone number is located in another country. I had to hunt for an email address online and finally contacted someone only to be told that my login password could not be changed and I received a new username that still did not work. Basically I was physically unable to cancel the service and was charged $106. I had to simply cancel my card because I could not login and deactivate my account.
