I place an order for Alcohol Portable Disinfecting Wipes on April 29th and it is now June 17th and I have not received the items ordered or any answers to my inquires. They do not answer the phone number listed in their pngage and have not respond to any of my emails. in addition, I received an email after placing the order with a tracking number which does not exist.

i had the same experience as the above but only lost 48 dollars and som odd cents. My question is can i get my money back. my order was placed on May 15, and i still havent heard anything. I cant understand how these people are so awful that they can do things like this at a time like this

On 4/22/2020 I purchased alcohol wipes from a website that I found using my browser with the name USCreek.com. My purchase was supposed to arrive within 10-15 business days. After almost a month, I went to the email from them that I had received after I made the purchase and clicked on the DHS tracking number they provided (9274890980907424980362). I was told there was no such tracking number. I sent an email using the “contact us” link they provided but never received a reply. I tried to call them numerous times at the above phone number that they provided and was told no one “was currently available” each time I called, morning, noon, or night over the course of 3 days. This is the exact same telephone number provided (213-262-0595) for another fraudulent website that I also fell victim to.

There is a charge to my credit card for this purchase, but it has been almost a month, and it has not arrived and there is no way for me to follow up on this order.
