Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

They said I was approved for a $4,000 personal loan when their website said they are Payday Loan Company only. He asked me to get a Google Play card and deposit $125 on it then call him back they would verify the amount on the card and would deposit the money in my bank account within 10 minutes. He said he had my banking information already online and did not need any other information other than the last four of my social. I asked him for my account number at the bank and he would not give it to me he said he did not have access to it. I believe it is a scam to get $125 from people. I am not going to get a Google Play card and deposit any money on it.
