On Aug. 16, 2016 They froze up our computer with an alert saying it was Microsoft services and to call the telephone number immediately because our computer had been compromised with viruses and malware. Something about a Zeus virus. They told us they could clean our computer for $169.99 and to make a check out to USA I-TECH Services LLC and that someone would come to our house to pick it up.
