Type of a scam Government Grant

They’re scamming people through Instagram and hacking peoples Instagram accounts. Started out with, Hello how are you doing today? They make you think you’re texting with your friend on Instagram and then tell you that you can apply for free money from the government. They asked me if I knew Anthony Elizabeth Grace who was a grant agent but I’m like who would name their child Anthony Elizabeth so then I’m like this is a joke but they said I can call Anthony Elizabeth Grace at their special private number at 808-491-0798. Then I called my friend and she said her Instagram was hacked so I blocked them And changed my password.
