Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Company said I would have to purchase a $300 PPI (Payment Protection Indurance) on a loan of $9000 that I was allegedly approved of and they used the itune payment card method after receiving this money they then told me that they need $600 to activate a software to wire me my loan I was upset and told them this does not sound like a legit company and why am I sending money to receive money and I want my $300 back he at first said it’s non refundable so I in turn said I am out of $300 dollars for a loan I don’t have because you want additional money then he said he would send me a check and it will take 45 days not to mention this company has my banking information the gentlemens name were Chris Young and Judan Taylor at least this is who they told me that’s who they were
