Letter with a check saying to sign info on bottom of letter and give to UPS or Fed-ex driver which ever brings the check for $495,400. There is a check for $4,600.00 from Bank of Am. of Atlanta, Georgia for us to cash. Check is from Computershare/KCC-23andMe Settlement Administrative-P.O. Box 40400-Louisville, Ky 40233-4000.
