The Scammer called my mom in Ohio and left a VM claiming to be the IRS. They said that I had a federal arrest warrant out. My mom gave me the call back number. I was transferred to a lady named Barbara who claimed to be an US Inspector for the IRS. She said, there was an arrest warrant out for me and that the police were tracking me and on the way to arrest me, unless i paid on my back taxes from 2014. I sent payment via itunes prepaid cards in the amount of $5,000. She then attempted to get $7,000 for Out of Court restitution.
