Type of a scam Phishing

This particular scammer called me twice in one day, the same person actually, not knowing they already talked to me. This person was a foreigner, claiming to be with Google, then claimed to be with US Local directories. The first call stated that I will pay only $5 a month to have my business listed on the front page of Google within 48 hours. I had actually spoke to Google the day before and was told the service would actually cost $149 a month. I told this scammer that I wanted to talk to my Google rep and verify that I was in fact recieving a discounted price and the caller transferred me to his "Supervisor". The supervisor told me they were with Google and I said I would call my Google rep to verify and if it were legitimate I would call them back. I received a call from the same person later that day. He told me I would pay $5 for the first 15 days, then pay $49.99 a month after that. I told him I would contact my rep to verify and call back if I were interested. This person would not hear of it, I HAD to purchase this TODAY. I explained that when I speak to other directory listers, I am always given time to decide and also given information via email prior to subscribing. I could not get them to send me any information until I got the confirmation for payment. He became very angry with me. I hung up the phone.
