They offered awards and the ability to purchase them. They used the name US Trade and Commerce and inserted Institute to fool you. When you google the address it shows a residential area with houses and apartments and not the big fancy building on there website. These awards are made up and just a way to get money. They solicit they award grants which I think is bigger scam.
