Type of a scam Government Grant

I have been called multiple times from the same phone number, offering me a government grant which I didn’t have to repay. I am a very cautious person,and refused the money, and asked that they don’t call me any longer. Yesterday morning, I received another call. After being called multiple calls per day, I told the person that I didn’t believe they were from the government, and that I was sure they weren’t even in the United States. He then got very belligerent and called me a *** ***  and hung up. Since that call. I have received 4 or 5 more calls. All of the callers had foreign accents perhaps from India,not sure
