Type of a scam Government Grant

The scammers ask to verify my id and Dob. Due to me winning the $440,566 Government Grant being giving away by google to individuals that have never applied for government grants and don’t have a Criminal history. They gave me a Grant approved Id number, stating that it was completely free as well as the phone number to call in case of be disconnected. I was transferred to a Man named Matthew Harkman gave me his badge number: mw181i. He told me that in order to complete everything i would need a way to receive the money through a re-loadable card or a checking account also that i would have to go to a cvs or some other kind of store get a google registration card load $350 onto the card,that the money on the card was just to register with google for the grant but that the money would not be used off the card and that once everything was complete I could load the money from the card back to my account.Once i started asking why would i need to do all this even though he explained it over to me three times, he started getting frustrated with me so i told he well you can delete my information and to erase my phone number from the process He stated well if you dont do it i will have to put a hold on your Id and my ssn. I told him that is illegal to do he replied with no its not you wont let me explain the process. I asked then to speak to his manger he denied me from speaking with the manger and just kept repeating that he was going to put everything on hold for not complying.
