Type of a scam Phishing

This lady calls me from our local sheriff’s office phone number and says I have a warrant for my arrest and to call this attorneys office to settle it. I called and it was a man with heavy Indian accent saying that I needed to pay$1986 or else I would be arrested. It was obviously a fraud.
