Phone call representing themselves as the federal government, Dept of Human services. Caller id was all zeros. Then they ask to call this number 2028999013 to claim the grant with a confirmation #TR286. They were offering my daughter, student of UA a $9000 grant. She immediately call me, I call BBB, called the number ask for additional information and when I ask too many questions they hung up. The person answering the phone had and Indian accent. They ask for debit card info in the original call, which she did not give and that is when they gave her the other phone number so they may issue an moneygram.
