Scammer.

Wish I had looked closer at the red flags, but was trying to get an "instant" criminal background check for my future employer. No such thing was emailed to me, and according to others reporting on various report-a-scam websites, nothing will be. I used paypal for the "services." Thankfully, paypal is a secure site. The payment went to a "Harvey Tucker," who had no problem accepting the pending payment, but somehow could not reply to any emails… Please be warned, and DO NOT use this site.
