Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I searched for a loan through the internet and then US Credit Loan Service contacted me by phone and I applied for a loan with them. Then I was asked to Money Gram a deposit to secure the loan $210.00. Then after I did not receive the deposit into my account I contacted them and was told to I needed to send an additional $389.00 for a bank fee to do the transfer. It was supposed to be in my account by midnight last night and was not so I called him back this morning and he called me back and told me I would need to send them an additional $579.00 to remove the "red flag" from my social security number.
