Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Applied for a loan online. Received an email stating that I was approved by Mark Evans representing US Bank. He told me I was approved and said that they do not do a credit check so they require an upfront payment of $220 for insurance on the loan. The email stated to call: 386-868-2826 to receive loan. I was told to go to WalMart and purchase a money gram for $220 and send it to the address stated above.
