Type of a scam Debt Collections

Receiving calls almost daily for the past month from "URG"- a debt collector-robo-recorded messages–press 0 to speak to one of our live agents, or please call 855-422-3130. They have also called from 866-887-0052 and 206-708-2849. They have also at times tried to contact a relative and leave a VM, but this relative has since blocked the calls. If you block the number that they call on, they just use another one. I just continue to ignore them. There are many reports online that this is a SCAM. This company is not also licensed to do business in my state. I am not sure how or why they received my phone number. I am so tired of these sort of SCAM calls.
