I ordered the mask and waiting almost 2 months for it to show up. Then they claim that USPS wasn’t able to deliver it to my address, but instead threw it away. I have now been waiting for 3 weeks for the supposed refund. When I can actually get a response from them (maybe ne 10% of the time) they keep telling me that the refund was issued and there must be an issue with my credit card company.

I ordered an N95 cycling mask from UrbanXMask in April 2020 for $39.95. Price included a mask and three filters. I received an email confirmation message from the company on May on May 12, 2020 that the mask was being shipped. Last update was that a USPS station in ******** ** had printed a label and was awaiting shipment. I have not heard from them since and it is now June 23. I checked the website and it is now listed as unsafe to access by my browser. It’s Facebook page, where I originally saw the mask, has been removed. Multiple Fraud Alert warnings are listed in the remaining post. Please make sure this company is listed as a fraudulent vendor. They have stolen money from many who have ordered from them and have not delivered products ordered.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I ordered a mask advertised as a N95 certified mask with washable and reusable filters. The mask is supposed to have an adjustable nose clip, air vents that only open when you exhale. The mask i received is completely fraudulent. The insert came with stickers to attach to the inside of the mask because the vents are made out of the cheapest quality plastic and incompatible with the insert. There’s no way to attach it unless you cut a hole into the insert. The website advertises a 30 day money back guarentee, but has not responded to any emails about refund or remedy. The website also advertises an instruction manual which was not included. When I tried to report to Facebook that the advertisement that led me to the business was fraudulent, I found that all posts and advertising was removed already, so there’s no other way to report it.
