Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

An individual by the name of James Miller (badge# 109jm) has claimed to be with the company of UPS. He said that it is their responsibility to deliver the prizes publicly or privately. He asked me for my address and constantly called for more information. I questioned him to see was everything real because he told me that I had been awarded $1.5 million. As I would become suspicious, he would get a little upset and tell me that I am not the only one who has won a prize and he can’t spend all of his time on just me. Eventually, I wore him down about the process and he explained that in order for me to receive my check, I would have to send $400 through western union to a Lowanda Adams in Daytona Beach, FL. I informed him that I did not have that kind of money and that if I had won a prize I should not have to pay to receive it. He made up some story about needing the receipt from western union to verify my identity. He says that he could pay the $400 for me. I didn’t completely understand what he was speaking of because he had a heavy accent so I asked if there was a supervisor that I could speak with. It was maybe a day later when a "supervisor" called me and informed me that I had to pay $200 and James could only help me with $200 because it was against their policy for him to pay all of it. He said I had until January 6 because the check for $1.5M does expire. Between December 27th & January 5th, James Miller has called me 26 times. That’s not including possible private and unknown calls! It’s now harassment because I have contacted the actual Publishing Clearing House Sweepstakes and they confirmed that they NEVER ask for money to be wired. The next time James Miller called me, I was instructed to inform him that I spoke with the real employees of publishing clearing house and I know that he is attempting to scam me. I hung up the phone immediately. He called again and I told him to please stop calling my phone. After that he attempted to call me 12 more times. I rejected all of the calls. My next step will be to call the police and inform them of the harassment.
