Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a “walking pad” from this company and paid by using a credit card, thankfully it was under $100 US Dollars. I then noticed more of these ads popping up on Facebook and in the comments people were saying it was a scam and then someone posted that these companies had stolen their images which belonged to a kickstarter campaign and now their kickstarter campaign had been suspended. I tried several attempts to contact this company via email only to have my emails returned saying they could not be delivered.
