This is the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I called to book a $12K vacation in Cancun thinking they were associated with united airlines. They are not! I booked a trip and was told I had 24 hours to cancel. When I called 20 hours later, I was told that there was only a refund for the united airlines plane tickets and the hotel was non-refundable. That is NOT what the agent told me on the phone. Also my confirmation email did not mention the separate hotel policy. When I explained that the agent assured me of a 100% refund, a new agent put me on hold for 40 minutes while she “chatted” with her supervisor. Then she told me her supervisor was busy and she would send an email to customer service and call them right away. Then they told me it would be an hour wait for customer service. So I waited. Then they told me I needed to wait for them to resolve it with the hotel. They are liars and frauds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I will be speaking with my attorney to manage the expense I incurred and have not been refunded.
