Kids were selling candy in my neighborhood, benefitting "United Teens," which was allegedly a program to keep kids off the streets, away from drugs, in school, etc. United Teens does not exist — but United Teens Candy Kids is a registered private/for-profit company based in Phoenix. This is not a charity, it is a for-profit company that is breaking child labor laws.
