Type of a scam Government Grant

Caller identified himself as calling from United States Government Funding. My name and number have been randomly selected to receive a govt grant for $11,500 because I pay my bills on time and pay my taxes. I was given a grant id #GG1429301 and instructed to call the accounting office at 206-745-0807 right away. I called and was told I would need to go to Walgreens (among other places, whatever was close for me) where I would receive a credit (or debit) card for $500. To have the balance added to the card I needed to pay $210 cash because the $11,500 exceed the limit of the card. I asked what happens to the $210 and was told it was also put on the card, making the value of the card $11,790! I was asked to call before going to Walgreens and ask for Richard Smith at extension 101 and to not talk to anyone else unless they had the password given to me. I contacted Walgreens. They do not process money from one person to another on credit/debit cards.
