The Gentleman "James Techmen" claims to be United Management Marketing Legal Counsel, mind you, I had to ask who he worked for, he kept saying for his client. that was it. I requested he mail to my company all of the documentation/proof he "says he has." he would not agree to mail me anything said he has sent it already, I said well it was not received please send again certified. and he still refused. I asked him to send me the contract and he said he couldn’t because it is a voice contract. [THIS IS RED FLAG do you know how easy it is to get someone to say the word yes on a telephone record it and then play it back to make a new recording…pretty easy] so Mr. James Techmen Legal Counsel of UMM-United Marketing Management, I call SCAMMER on you. also he gave me information about the account that someone cannot share with someone other than the person they are collecting on. so. I do believe he broke the law actually on top of all this. he has been calling every 20 mins like every day. I asked his to stop calling 100 times a day that my boss would return his call as soon as he could .
