Juan – May 23, 2020

I was looking for a puppy after I told them that my dog passed away about a week ago. They seemed legit and then I started looking into it further and found the BBB review that I was not happy with . When I questioned them about it, they said that it was someone else and that it was “fake” and that they were legit a real company. When I questioned them further, the guy sent back an email telling me to go [censored] myself.

I was adopting a puppy online and they responded to my email and seemed very legitimate. As our conversation went on I requested more information and they were avoiding sending anything when I tried to call them at first they wouldn’t respond then after a few tried they had blocked my phone number and wouldn’t respond to any emails. Unfortunately I had already sent the money

I was researching a puppy for our family. I found one online and filled out the contact form. I received an email back that stated they wanted to make sure our home would be a good fit for their puppy and I needed to answer questions like “Do you rent or own your home?” “Address?” “how far is vet clinic from you?” I answered questions but grew suspicious when I noticed they never provided a name of person, didn’t provide address and then I saw their website was asking for money transfers and was insecure. I stopped all contact and did not send money but did share some information about myself. My husband is in IT and found they have no physical address and the website is not secure. I did provide my name, phone number, state, and that I have children! Stupid me!

This company will tell you they have an available dog and ask you to fill out a form telling why you will be a good dog owner. After they "approve" you, they will tell you to submit the dog reservation fee. You will then be advised to shipping which is common with dog breeders. After you pay the fee through Zelle they tell you they will be in contact with the shipping details. The next morning they ask you for an additional $950 for a crate and refundable fee upon arrival of the dog. Needless to say, I never paid the second fee because I was on to them once they didn’t answer my emails to my satisfaction about the shipping. NO DOG and LOST money. DO NOT send this guy money it is a total scam. ScamPulse.com do your job and shut them down! They are preying on people who are looking for a puppy.

They claim to sell you a Labrador for 50% off. Then after you pay they tell you there is an additional crate fee and usage fee that you will need to pay the delivery company. They will only take western union or Zelle. The name used is Olive Kana, which after looking into, this same name was used for Pax Labradors which has previously been reported. I have found 2 others that have been scammed by United labradors.

Company claimed to be selling puppies for half price to good homes. Before payment I was told that there were no shipping costs. After payment I was told I had to pay a crate fee and the shipper would contact me. Company would only take payment through Zelle or CashApp. I paid through Zelle. Shipper contacted me 2 days later, morning I should be receiving my puppy and asked for another $980 which $950 would be refunded in cash when my puppy was delivered. Shipping company was called Route Shippers, owner J. Cooper. He would only take payment via western union or Zelle. I told him he was a scam and hung up. Emailed puppy company and expressed the same thing, asking for a phone call and he said he couldn’t call, he was at the hospital. Then he called me extreme names and was threatening. I explained all I wanted was my money back. He said as long as I did not report him I would. I still have not received my money.
