I received a charge on my credit card statement for $19.93 from jack hammer fit pro. I checked the website to figure out what it was and called the number in the contacts. I got someone In customer service who took my name, zip coated and email after I told him I was charged by his company for a product I didn’t buy. When he returned to the line after checking my information he told me that I had the wrong number and that he didn’t represent jack hammer pro. I called the number again and got the same guy and he list d a bunch of products that didn’t include jack hammer pro. He told me that I had been redirected to a wrong number and that I should call back. My credit card company took care of the charges but found a new DVD fitness program charging $19.93. Under bbb this company claims it is in the business of skin care and has a different phone number. Also, the website connected to this phone number is a different DVD workout video.
