1/7/2020 @11:09 AM. Call from A Smithville, TN #.leaving a vm. First the lady on the call started of saying my first name only not professional says her name is Brandi Meeks with United Heatlhcare community plan trying to reach my 16 yr old daughter, saying my daughters first name. Then says but I know she’s probably in school but Im calling from united Healthcare her insurance. Then leave a different # then she called on to call her regarding her United Heatlhcare advoate. The # she gave to call back is 615-942-0262. ‘This number is in Dekalb County, TN. Since my daughter is 16 & I handle the insurance I called United Healthcare to find out if they called needing to speak with my daughter. I was told they do not call the unless someone put in a call to be called back. But they would never ask to speak with a16 yr old.Since I’m am her legal guardian / mother. The United Healthcare employee I called and spoke to expressed to me this was a scam. So stressful now to have to worry about how these ppl know not only about my information. abut now my daughter.
