Type of a scam Government Grant

I was called in December by Jacobs and then James Willington that I would be eligible for a government grant with all the credit cards that had been taken with online businesses. These 2 businesses Alternative Online Design that built a website to the tune of 16,000. They then referred First USA to contact me for Business Development to the tune of, as of now, 18,123.00. I was trying my best to make money but all the two have done is got a 75 year old widow in debt. Then, the supposedly government grant (Willington) said I needed 80% debt to qualify and took my Discover card to National Media to the tune of 2500.00. The person with National Media Concepts (Ray Smith) I had been talking to has both phone numbers out of service now. James Willington will not respond to my phone calls or emails. It just appears to me that I have been taken.
