Type of a scam Government Grant

Foreigner (Iranian/Latino/Indian accent) said that I had been selected and 1500 other for a $7,000 free loyality grant money to do whatever I wanted with the money. I asked why was I selected and he said because I hadn’t had any bankruptcies or bad credit. Information needed was a credit card acct. number or I could accept the money by hand. I asked for a call back number. The first caller was a female who seemed to not be so convincing and hung up on me. A few minutes later another caller from phone #88804, a male (Chris and he called himself a verification officer. I asked for a call back number and he gave me 206-451-5153. I called it while I put him on hold. He asked me if i called it and I said yes. The background and the callers did not sound professional. I believe Chris was near by when I called back. I was given a confro # LA279. They new my name addresss and phone #
