I received a letter, with my mortgage account offering a loan notification, agent #1 asked a few questions that sounded legitimate after agent #1
Was satisfied with the questions, my so call case was assigned to agent #2 who ask for a list of ducuments to be faxed or email back to him at this point my my so call application was approved so I was asked to summit a half of the the full payment with 750 and the the other half paid in full at the time of the application or ducuments finalizing. After first payment I was assigned to agent # 3 he is in charge of preparing all the paper work to be submitted to the loan department. This took about 3 months I called and called to hear an answer machine I email them just to get assigned to a lawyer who’s fee is 4000 dollars to dispute the denial of the application I’ve asking for my money back there’s no answers. This head eche cost me 1,850 dollars and it looks like I won’t get my money back.

We received a letter in the mail stating that we were eligible for a change in our variable rate on our existing loan through our current mortgage company. We were told by "Anthony" that we were approved. We jumped though hoops and gave our mortgage information, proof of employment and a current utility bill. We were told that we would be called the next day by a compliance officer. "Mitchell" was not the person who was supposed to call us. It was then he said we were approved for 2% for the next 5 years and then 3.25 for the duration of the loan. It was then he instructed that the fees would be 1,850 dollars. 850 by Monday and the rest in 3 weeks just before closing. It was then we asked more questions and explain that there was no discussion of fees prior to that moment. We did not feel this was legit and we became increasingly distrustful. I hung up as Mitch became more irritated with us asking questions. When I called back to talk to Anthony to get clarity on the situation, Mitch answered the phone and yelled at me. I hung up again. I then got an email from Anthony moments later that said
Our Compliance Department attempted to speak to you about the program and explain the services, however they notified me that you hung up the phone twice.
It seems that there is a mutual mistrust and this is not a base to further continue and we would not be able to allocate any further resources to your case.
