Type of a scam Online Purchase

I paid online UniQueen Wigs website for the cost of two wigs and also extra for vip fast shipping as I needed it urgently. I was told it would take 2weeks to arrive once the 2weeks past I wrote via email to enquire about my order and was sent the same order confirmation I got after payment was made. I then sent a message via the Facebook page to enquire again hoping I would get a none generated system response but instead I got no response at all I was blocked. I spent almost $70 which I can really use to pay some medical bills right now but if they aren’t going to send my order it’s stated on the website 90days you are allowed a refund I just want my money back.
