Type of a scam Employment

I was offered a project Manager position and everything seemed fine. I was doing online training which they offered pay for after. Only yesterday I got offered a part time project job, that they said was also training. This job requires a transfer of money from all major banks, using my credit card. They said I don’t share my personal information but I don’t see why I need to use my credit card. I have not answered them since I got the message. I wanted to confirm if this company was real or a scam.
