Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

The guy messaged me about send him $200 and he’ll was going to send me back 5,500. I believed him because he would post picture on the Instagram page. He then proceeds to tell me that there were fees that I had to pay. I paid all the fees he told there were and I never received my money. I done send money through cash app and through Western Union. He kept telling me that it was a legit business and that all I would receive all my money. I asked for a refund since it’s a “business”. I’ve never received my money and I sent him $2,450. He messaged me on Instagram and has had his “manager” call and text my phone from a text now number. I do have receipt of our conversation. The guy in the pictures on Instagram isn’t even the person who’s answer the video calls on Instagram either and they do have a Jamaican accent.
