Type of a scam Tax Collection
The call is a recorded message saying that a case is about to be filed against you in Federal Court and that you should call the number to receive your case number and to take to a Federal Agent. (The actual numbers for US Treasury are in the 202 area code.)
This call came to both my home phone number and my cellular number so it would appear that someone is mining a contact list of some sort.
