In fine print at the bottom it states that this site is not affiliated with the Department of State. I did not read this.
Of course, I cannot have an issue with this agency as I did not read the fine print. The header indicates that I can renew my passport here. Now they have all of my personal information – name address social security passport # credit card
My credit card company rejected the charge and helped me unravel my mistake. But I have no idea of what repercussions with occur since they are armed with my information. Is it fraud? No, they had a disclaimer. And I contacted them.
