Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

This "company" continues to call the business I work at every few months and give the name of other individuals in the office stating "X person ordered trash bags and we are going to fulfill the second half of the order. We will even throw in xxx to go with it for being delayed." A few days later, one box of trash bags arrive with a whopping $*** invoice for them. We will return them, and the UPS return slip is crooked too. It will say paid shipping for 1lb, even though the box is probably 15 pounds. These folks should not be allowed to call the business and harass the employees! The ONLY reason I didn’t lose money last time is because I caught it, but I feel like others in the past have probably fallen victim at my work place.
