Outside envelope is questionable. The statement enclosed says corporate law requires minutes of the quarterly meetings, is questionable. The ‘Compliance Division’ is asking for completion of shareholder, officer information. Please respond within two weeks. Send $ 150.00.
Corporate information is readily available at SOS office, possibly ScamPulse.com maybe being used as info source.

The attached form was received by mail. The form requests information about the shareholders and directors of the business and requests a fee of $150.00. It is deceiving as it’s appearance looks official and references Connecticut codes/chapter numbers. I believe it can be misinterpreted by a layperson as a state requirement and scam someone into paying this fee.
