Type of a scam Online Purchase

My husband found this Twolive website on Facebook and then looked into it more on the Internet, without doing much research he ordered some custom made shoes for me, they immediately took the $200+ out of our account and was told it would be a few weeks till we received the shoes. Three MONTHS have passed and my husband still has yet to receive any shoes, refund OR an email back after several attempts from both him or myself regarding the matter. After looking more into the website and googling others who have dealt with them the same things is happening over and over again. Please do not buy from this company or Dylan character as it is all a scam to get money!
