 This morning I received a call from a concerned Missouri citizen, stating that her friend wished to donate money to a supposed organization "Twin States Ship Pen," to save a horse from being sent to a slaughterhouse. The Missouri citizen told me that she had researched the company and found they were charged with neglect of animals and forced to move out of their prior state. Supposedly they are now located in Florence, Alabama. I cannot find any viable or legitimate information on them. They are seeking donations to be sent through PayPal address as listed on Facebook.
