Type of a scam Debt Collections

Representative from collection agency called regarding a 6 year-old debt from a payday loan company, Twin Bluffs. I have had payday loans in the past, they were not with Twin Bluffs. This representative had my social security number, email, and personal family names as well as my employer information. She threatened legal action if I didn’t pay right then. I asked for information to be sent to me to look into this, and she became rude and stated that legal action would proceed and that I could be served with papers at my job! I refused to pay anything, she than told me good luck, get a good lawyer and hung up on me!
