HORRIBLE customer service. It’s been three months since I placed my order. I’ve contacted them four times and still get the same run around. If you look them up on Twitter you will see other girls complaining. I’m not sure how their brand is still running, but I’d like to get them shut down ASAP. They are also WAY overpriced as all the stuff can be found on AliExpress.

I ordered from TWENTY.4CO on May 29. 2020 and I email them over 20 + times about my item and not receiving.. the first time I email them i was given a tracking number and when i track the package it went to California and I am in Texas, I let them know and I was told they will look into it and get back to me..I had to reach out again and when they responded back , it was the wrong person and a address to California, after i just told them i was in Texas and my name, I even sent screen shots of the order still didn’t hear anything, I reached out again and again etc…and kept getting told ” I will look into it and get back to you” I even tried to reach out to them on the Instagram and they block me.. I had to get my money back from my bank. this company is scammers and thieves DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I found this shop through a paid promotion ad on Instagram which is @twenty.4co I thought it looked legit due to them having a large amount of followers. I ordered 2 tops off their website spending $166.99 USD on twenty4co.com I never received a email saying my order had been sent, I emailed them on [email protected] asking what was going on with my order since it’d been 2 months with nothing being sent to me, they replied saying I’ll look into this & get back to you, I emailed again 2 days later asking if they had an update they said I’d get a update very soon & that they where working on the problem.. they never got back to me. I emailed them again a week later asking where my order was & sent another one asking for a refund of my money since they wouldn’t give me any answers. Upon further looking on their Instagram @twenty.4co I noticed other people commenting asking where their orders where & that they ordered months ago & comments saying they’re a scam, this page quickly deletes any comment asking about their order or saying they’re a scam. I commented on their page asking about my order & they deleted my comment, the privately messaged me on Instagram sending me their shipping policy on there website which makes no sense because I’d been waiting 2 months without a email stating my parcel had been sent I asked them why did they delete my comments & others calling them a scam & to refund my money immediately. When I commented on their Instagram again warning other people they’re a scam they deleted my comments & their page blocked me that’s not something a legit business does to a paying customer asking about their order big RED FLAG they use the hashtag #twenty4 on Instagram, use paid promotions, they have no contact number on their website, they have a Facebook page with 2 likes, there’s no address stating where in the US they’re based, they’re very slow to reply to emails & message as if they’re just texting you, they don’t say who’s speaking to you. There’s no way to contact these people besides the email they hardly reply on & their Instagram page blocks customers who ask where their order is & to refund their money along with deleting comments of people calling them a scam BEWARE OF @TWENTY.4CO TWENTY FOUR CO IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!
