Type of a scam Phishing

Company called and asked if I spoke Spanish, When I answered Yes they hung up. I called them back and they hung up. I called them back again and they said they did record the calls. But hung up again. I called them again and they said they were in the business of changing people cable service. I asked them that I was not interested in changing the cable or phone service. I asked them the name of their company and he said it was TV Solutions. I told them that I did not approve of their method of operation requesting a Yes answer recording it and hanging up.
