Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website posted a large artificial 64” cactus, that was sold out at Target. It was $63.76 so I purchased the cactus. They emailed me a receipt for the purchase. Then once they sent out my tracking number they kept sending me multiple emails about what my tracking number was. So from there I felt like it was a scam. So after about 3 weeks I check the tracking and it says it was delivered in my mailbox on 5/29. Which is ridiculous because it would not fit in my mailbox. Also none of my neighbors received it. When I emailed asking for a refund they insisted on sending another, and to not give me a refund. From that point I’m positive it is a scam. I should have looked at the reviews, because there are already plenty about this company being a scam. Please close them down so they cannot steal anymore money.
