Type of a scam Government Grant

I was contacted by a friend on Facebook, a former neighbor of mine. She asked me if I had heard about this company, TTFC. She said they gave her a non-repayable grant for $50,000 and would I like to apply too? I said ok. She gave me this phone number to text (859)813-5164 and I had to text it right away. I was a little suspicious, but not enough. I gave my personal info. Then I was told that certain delivery and processing fees would need to be paid before I could receive my grant. These "fees" were on a scale depending on the grant amount requested, from $400 to receive $25,000 and went to $10,000 for $100,000. Finally, I realized for sure that this was a scam, but I’ve already given my personal info. Stupid me. I told them I do not have hundreds of dollars, that’s why I was interested in a grant! Now I’m afraid that I’ve put myself at risk for identity theft. I kept the messages from Facebook as well as the text messages, for documentation.
