Caller says I have a outstanding debt that was turned over to their collection agency from preferred magazines. I’ve already paid them off before and should be settled, but they called this morning talking about there is still a total of over $600 that can be broken into 2 or 3 payments, but I have to make a payment today or legal action will take place.
