Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I contacted Monique Annette Lyons on Instagram which she uses to advertise credit repair services. She also used multiple last names on other social media platforms of “Tompkins and Garrett”. She currently uses a personal Facebook page and name as Monique Annette. She changes her Instagram name often as well. She claims to remove most negative items including evictions, student loans, bankruptcies, tax liens, collections, judgements, foreclosures etc. from your credit report. She also offers trade lines to add to your credit report for you to purchase which should boost your score. She will charge money upfront in which she charged me 299.00 for eviction removal ( I only needed apartment debt removed from my collections account). She said that she would offer me a refund if the items are not removed from all 3 bureaus as promised. After paying, she will collect a copy of your Id and social security card and tell you to pay for a monthly credit monitoring service called *** **. This services charges you an estimated 30.00 monthly. This is so she can view your scoring from all 3 bureaus. So after I did that, she promised a 60 day turn around which was also in her advertisement. She began to place a security freeze on my report through ***, *** ***, and *** and claimed to dispute. After waiting 60 days, noting was removed and her advertisment was unfulfilled. After that I continued to give her more time to have the items removed. I expressed to her that I was moving into a new home and wanted to have my credit repaired by then. During the process of me waiting, she offered me an illegal CPN or credit profile number to be approved for a house in which I declined. She eventually stopped responding to my messages and calls and she never issued the refund as stated. I messaged her personal Facebook page and she declined the request.
