Type of a scam Online Purchase

Trust Supply & Apparel reached out to me on Instagram offering me a spot in their affiliate program. They said I could select a few pieces from their collection and use a code at checkout to get them for free. All I had to do was pay shipping and promote for them.

I placed my order and waited but nothing happened finally I reached back out to them to ask when my order would ship they never read or responded to my message. I then tried to email them and still got no response. I finally received an email saying my order has shipped but when I went to track it no tracking number was provided and it still said getting your order ready.

I tried reaching out to them one more time in hopes that it was just a mistake but have not heard from them since.
